Force Operations Department, Constabulary Headquarters
Salary range £20,820 - £27,675/£28,401 p.a. (Pay award pending) 37 hour week Reference No H01/07
As Force Operations Performance Planner you will develop and maintain departmental and unit performance measures which support management and accountability. You will research and evaluate business processes and develop and implement improvements for the evaluation process.
The successful candidate must possess:
a degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject
significant experience in interpreting management information systems
experience in employing statistical information and techniques in a similar role
competency in the use of IT including Microsoft packages (Excel, Word and Access)
proven ability to work under pressure
numerical and analytical skills
the ability to assimilate, interpret and evaluate statistical and written information
the ability to work as part of a team
Interviews will be held on Thursday 28th February 2008.
