Following a period of significant organisational change, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager to lead and develop our front of house Enquiry Office services based at one of our busiest locations – Swindon Gablecross.

Practically, this customer relationship role is critical in managing the force customer service quality levels through monitoring customer service standards, responding to customer concerns, quality of service and customer satisfaction issues for the Force.

This role will lead the teams of full-time, part-time and Bank Enquiry office staff, at Swindon (Gablecross) police station. You will need to be a strong leader who can demonstrate experience of managing, influencing and developing a team to ensure optimum performance and service to our customers. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential, as is experience of working in a customer service environment.

On occasion you will be required to assist your team by carrying out enquiry office duties. This particular post will involve working and visiting different Enquiry Offices and for which travelling time between the stations will count as time worked, therefore the post-holder must have a flexible approach to travelling across the County where required.

You should hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle or be able to make alternative arrangements to meet the requirements of the post.
