British Transport Police (BTP) is currently recruiting for Police Community Support Officers. Successful applicants for this post will be based in Shrewsbury.
As a Police Community Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for the public should they require help, reassurance or simply a friendly face. You will hold certain police powers, enabling you to deal with a variety of incidents, from crowd control and security threats, to missing person’s enquiries, truants, graffiti and general anti-social behaviour.
