An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Intelligence Support Officer based at Boston Police Station.
Working as part of the Divisional Intelligence Unit you will support Lincolnshire Police in tackling crime within the East of the County by providing a level of intelligence expertise to police employees and act as point of liaison between the Intelligence Unit and its partner agencies.
You should have previous experience of working within an administrative environment and have the ability to interrogate computer records for research and analysis purposes. Previous experience of dealing and liasing with the public, external agencies and internal colleagues, particularly by telephone is also essential as is the ability to utilise word processing and spreadsheet computer packages.
As part of the role requires information to be prepared for morning briefings, applicants are advised that there is an occasional requirement to begin work at 07:00 hours.
