Part Time Caretaker/Driver

Salary: £13,809 - £14,607 Pro Rata
Hours of work: 8.30 am – 12.30 pm Monday to Friday.
An enthusiastic, willing and physically fit individual is required to fulfil this important support role based at Spalding police station, but also providing support to other stations in the South Division.
You will undertake general caretaking and porterage duties and may also be required to carry out countywide driving duties and a mail courier service as and when required. It is therefore essential that you possess a full driving licence (up to three points considered) and have excellent driving skills.
You must have relevant work experience, which includes general DIY. You must also possess knowledge of basic vehicle and building maintenance and have good communication skills.
A confident, reliable, flexible and adaptable outlook to work is essential, as is the ability to work without close supervision. Experience of grounds maintenance and problem solving ability would be an advantage.
