In this role you will provide the administration for the offenders detected by the fixed and mobile safety cameras within Cambridgeshire. The job involves dealing with incoming mail, enquiries, film and offender inputting, resultant downloads to conditional offer fixed penalty tickets, and case file preparation for court prosecutions.
Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including English and Maths, you will have experience of working in an office environment and will possess good, accurate IT skills including word-processing, spreadsheets and databases. You will have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, high levels of accuracy, and the ability to pay close attention to detail. Working as part of a small team you will be able to use your own initiative, cope with pressure and be able to work with minimum supervision.
