Transport Services, Boreham.
Transport Services are seeking to recruit a motor vehicle technician, to be based in the busy New Vehicle Build facility at the Boreham workshop complex.
The post holder will be expected to undertake the modification, build and associated repair/decommissioning work created within the section whilst periodically undertaking mechanical repairs upon vehicles within the accident repair workshop.
We are looking for a fully qualified motor vehicle technician, with an interest in vehicle electrics and electronics, ideally with some post qualification experience. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent technical skills with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team.
The candidate must also be able to plan and communicate effectively, demonstrating excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills, along with delivering effective customer service. Knowledge of the ISO quality management system along with current Health & Safety legislation and a background with a main dealership would be an advantage.
