Details:
RIG Police Recruit are currently looking for an Ex Police Officer with experiance in Case Building.
Duties:
- To offer advice and guidance to operational staff in respect of evidence, procedure, content and quality of files submitted.
- Action requests for upgraded files.
- Manage the building of appropriate files for prosecution, utilizing Satellite CJU’s and other resources as appropriate, ensuring all submissions for evidential sufficiency, procedural correctness and content in accordance with MOG and force practice and procedures.
- To liaise with the OIC and CPS lawyers at all appropriate stages.
- To deal with Summons File cases in liaison with Area operational staff and where appropriate CPS lawyers.
- To provide advice and guidance in legislative issues, evidence, procedures and quality standards to staff.
