We've made a great start in increasing our people's awareness of their role as leaders and giving them the development support they need; now we're expanding the team to help build a force that serves our communities even better.
You will handle the day-to day planning, monitoring and management of one or more of these areas: senior and core leaders, Prospects, leadership for all, coaching, mentoring and buddying.
You will also help to develop our Leadership Programme generally, offering a range of interventions and promoting the programme as well as liaising forcewide to ensure its delivery.
You will have knowledge of different models of Leadership and Leadership development methods. Experienced in maintaining credible relationships with colleagues at a senior level and facilitating group workshops, you will also have relevant project management/coordination experience from inception to completion.
You will need experience of working in an HR, training or Learning and Development environment. A relevant professional qualification or degree e.g. Business Management, CIPD, Occupational Psychology is also essential to the role.
Shortlisted applicants will be required to give a short presentation prior to interview.
