Criminal Justice Manager - Loddon Valley
You will be responsible for the leadership and management of our busy Criminal Justice team. This will include developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the Crown Prosecution Service, courts, local authorities and other agencies to ensure service level agreements and joint performance monitoring standards are achieved, as well as managing change in line with government initiatives. You will also oversee decision-making in restorative and youth justice, in addition to responsibilities such as the administration of conditional cautions.
For this challenging role, you’ll need proven management and influencing experience at a senior level – including prioritising conflicting demands, as well as a practical knowledge and/or experience of the Criminal Justice system. You will also need excellent communication and negotiation skills, plus experience of providing a quality service across a multi-site organisation. Strong MS Office IT skills, including Word and Excel are essential. m
