Police Staff Complaints and Misconduct Manager
Location: Chester House, Old Trafford
Scrutinising and monitoring cases to ensure appropriate action is taken, in order to achieve consistency and equality of treatment for all staff across the force.
With a CIPD qualification, you will have relevant HR experience and experience of reviewing and drafting HR policy and guidance. A good working knowledge of Employment Law, Codes of Practice and interpreting them to advise managers is essential to this role as is the capability of reviewing a high volume of complex documentation to determine appropriate actions and to produce reports, recommendations or advice and guidance as necessary.
