Applications are invited from fully qualified Scenes of Crime Officers with significant experience of scenes of crime. The successful candidate must have passed the Initial Crime Scene Examiners, Crime Scene Managers and Co-ordinators courses at NTC Durham.
Applications are particularly sought from ethnic minorities who are under represented in the Department.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising the Force Scenes of Crime Department and act as crime scene co-ordinator at major incidents. You will also deputise for the Scientific Support Manager in their absence.
