You will receive calls from the public/police officers and complete crime reports accurately, amending errors under the quality control process and addressing enquiries.
You will be required to evaluate the urgency of calls and public vulnerability to ensure correct attendance of police resources and where necessary commence preliminary office/telephone investigations about reported crime.
Effective questioning and communication with external customers will be a necessity to assist with reassuring and advising victims to meet their needs.
