Administration Officer - Guildford

You will be required to work with the Office Manager to provide efficient and effective administrative, financial and technical support to the Authority. You will perform a range of office duties, including receiving and responding to routine calls from members and the public, organising meetings, helping to arrange events, maintaining office databases and administering invoices, petty cash and expenses.

You will have excellent IT and organisational skills and a proven background in administration.
