Initial Police Learning and Development Programme (IPLDP) Administrator

Based at Force Headquarters, Enderby, Leicester

To support the delivery of the Initial Police Learning and Development Programme (IPLDP).

It is essential that applicants:

-Are educated to GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language, or have equivalent experience in a role requiring a similar level of skills;

-Have demonstrable experience In an administrative/clerical role where ability to work on own initiative has been essential;

-Demonstrate the ability to set up and manage information systems and monitoring processes;

-Demonstrate ability to manage and organise administration processes;

-Can create and manipulate databases;
Have experience in a role where customer service skills have been essential;

-Demonstrate the ability to work using own initiative;

-Demonstrate ability to prioritise work and adhere to tight deadlines;

-Demonstrate ability to respect the views of others and to respect race and diversity;

-Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels;

-Demonstrate computer literacy and a good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and databases;

-Aree able to demonstrate the communication skills required to negotiate effectively with internal and external suppliers and users;

-Have a full driving licence;
