Town Enquiry Officer - Holbeach - 20 hours per week

Mon – Fri 10.00am – 2.00pm

A flexible, organised and motivated individual is required for this important support role based in Holbeach. There may be a requirement to travel to other stations as required and when given the appropriate notice. It is therefore, essential that you drive and have access to a vehicle at all times.

You must have the ability to communicate well with people including both colleagues and members of the public and have proven experience of dealing with situations under pressure both in person and on the telephone

You will be required to staff the stations public enquiry office, dealing with miscellaneous enquiries, reports and complaints from members of the public, completing the relevant reporting documents and initiating police action where necessary.

A confident, reliable, flexible and adaptable outlook to work is important as is the ability to work without close supervision. Previous experience of maintaining computerised records and knowledge of radio communications would be an advantage but are not essential
