ICT Strategy Analyst x2 - Kidlington
We’re looking for an ICT expert to review and update our strategy and procedures in this new and challenging position – you’ll support this through consultancy, research and planning. This role will be critical in ensuring our department remains focused on results and high standards in a fast-changing environment.
You must have in-depth experience of ICT technologies and working practices gained within a large organisation, including influencing and negotiating clearly with key parties. The ability to operate at a strategic level and an understanding of technological change is essential. You’ll also need to be sharp – able to rapidly assimilate complex technical and organisational information, understand the issues, and interpret the findings for a non-technical audience. If you have experience of the application of ICT in the police, Criminal Justice or other public sector environments, so much the better.
