You will monitor and operate a 24 hour CCTV operation by using cameras, radios and ancillary equipment integrated into the Police Control Room, making appropriate pro-active and reactive decisions when circumstances dictate. Regular communication and close liaison with the Police Control Room is essential.
It is essential you have good observational skills and a working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook as well as a good telephone manner. You must have the ability and confidence to communicate at all levels and have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.
