The Demand Management department, which is responsible for Control Rooms is currently undergoing a major restructure. The aim of this is to improve customer service and satisfaction. As a consequence, we are looking for four Temporary Learning and Development Officers for a fixed term of 10 months.
These posts will be attached to the HQ Force Learning and Development Department within the IT team to specifically assist in the delivery of the learning requirements for the Demand Management Project
Successful Applicant must have:
· NVQ Level 3 in Learning & Development or equivalent
· Experience of working as part of a team
· High levels of communication, persuasion & presentation skills
· Awareness of Race & Diversity issues
