Details:
G4S Police Recruit currently require a Performance Improvement Officer to work within the Midlands.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Ex – Retired Police Officer.
Investigative background.
Excellent communication skills to all levels of senior Management.
Ability to work as an individual with minimal management.
Good computer skills for report writing and data dissemination.
Desirable Skills / Experience:
Ideally experience of Police computer systems.
What will the individual be doing/ Day to day duties:
Inspect and compliance check BCU’s and Departments against their business plans, within Focus Performance Review processes.
Investigate, interview, interrogate data and information to review the processes and performance of key departments, units and teams.
