Liaison Officer – Vehicle Recovery Administration Unit
Salary: £17,751 pa, progression based on performance
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full Time, Permanent position.
Location: KIDLINGTON

Providing administration support to all aspects of the Vehicle Recovery Scheme, you will ensure that it operates efficiently and in line with Policy and legislation, ensuring that all information is correctly recorded. You will create and maintain records regarding financial data and complaints and process monthly invoices. Reviewing all vehicles recovered on the scheme you will identify reasons for recovery, rectifying anomalies and exceptions and liaise with contractors to ensure effective working relationships.
With substantial administrative experience and excellent IT and numeracy skills, you are an excellent communicator and have the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise and quality assure your own work. You are an excellent problem solver with the ability to negotiate and influence and you are able to work effectively as part of a team with minimum supervision. Previous knowledge of IT systems such as Command & Control and PNC would be desirable although not essential.
