Details:
My client require a retired police officer with experience of the Criminal Justice System to act as their Performance Manager/Analyst.
Principle Duties:
Develop and deliver performance management frameworks.
Data analysis and interpretation, identify data sources, measuring regimes, quality assure products.
Deliver performance improvements through influence.
Meetings, presentation, coaching, sharing best practice, challenging poor performance.
To liaise with internal and external partners, customer groups and internal working groups.
Networking to develop working relationships external partnerships.
Knowledge & Experience:
Previous experience in the statistical analysis of management information.
Advanced level skills in the use of MS Excel to manipulate and present performance data.
Capable of presenting data to middle and senior managers.
