This newly created post is required to support the East Midlands Regional Police Forces in designing and delivering intelligence analyst training on a regional level to enhance and improve the regions analytical capability, through the development of intelligence analysts, systems and practice to meet key national objectives.
You will have knowledge of analytical techniques and principles in general and their application in the police service along with experience of designing and delivering a variety of training events to diverse audiences. The ability to demonstrate awareness of current intelligence frameworks and processes including ANACAPA and the National Intelligence Model (NIM) is also required.
You must be qualified or willing to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Training and Development, or hold City and Guilds 7306 Parts 1 and 2 or equivalent qualification and also be qualified or willing to work towards A1 as an Assessor and V1 for Verifier.
This post will initially be based within Nottinghamshire but you must be prepared to work from and travel to various locations around the region to support the various training requirements.
