RIG Police Recruit are looking for an Anti Social Behaviour Officer to work in Glasgow.
The successful candidate must have the following skills:
Tact & discretion
Working in a customer focused environment
Interviewing experience
Team working
Communication skills
Detailed records and report writing
Prioritise workloads
Driving license and car
Desirable experience required would be some knowledge of
public service delivery and formal ASB training. Knowledge of acoustics and a current Disclosure Scotland would also be advantageous.
The successful candidate would be contributing to the effective delivery of the services of the Community Relations Unit and ensuring the achievement of its overall aims and objectives in relation to addressing antisocial behaviour in Glasgow.
These duties involve responding to complaints of antisocial behaviour or noise disturbance and maintaining detailed reports of interviews and information. the ASB Officer would be liaising with various agencies and maintaining relationships as well as recommeding ways of resolvign disputes where possible, all the while adhering to quality standards within this organisation.
The overall objective is to contribute to the effective delivery of the services of the Community Relations Unit and ensure the achievement of its overall aims and objectives in relation to addressing antisocial behaviour in Glasgow.
