In this rewarding role you will provide contact, primarily by telephone, to victims and witnesses of crime; offering support and guidance as you work to increase the level of witness attendance at court. Confident working on your own initiative, you will be completing administrative tasks in order to ensure the efficient management of each case.
You will be adaptable, with a passion for good service. Educated to A level standard or equivalent, you will be self-motivated, with good written and verbal communication skills and high degree of accuracy. You will also be computer literate with the ability to plan, prioritise and work effectively within a team environment. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a customer focused role.
