Hours of work: Full Time (37 Hours)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to engage the force in a wide ranging business change programme regarding its information management and then manage enhanced and new procedures into its operational practices.
You must be able to demonstrate a high level of analytical and decision making skills with an ability to understand, interpret and apply complex legislation regarding information management.
We will expect that you will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a highly confidential environment and be able to deal with sensitive and complicated information issues.
Excellent written and communication skills will be required, demonstrating the ability to represent the force nationally and locally, both to internal and external audiences. You will be required to have an ability to identify, clarify and change information management processes across the organisation, together with a proven ability to deal with and influence decision makers at all levels.
You will demonstrate the ability to develop and re-enforce strong working relationships with members of the Lincolnshire Police, partnership agencies and the general public, together with skills in utilising opportunities in business change to strengthen community safety.
