With knowledge of personal hygiene, food hygiene, health and safety procedures you will be capable of managing contractual specifications, maintaining departmental standards and undertaking administrative duties. Having achieved City and Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or equivalent, together with supervisory experience you will be physically fit and have carried out catering duties including training, monitoring performance of staff and dealing with customer complaints.
36.25hpw between 7am and 10.00pm. (Hours to be agreed).
