You will provide a professional, efficient, quality service to both internal and external customers in respect of reported crimes and other incidents not requiring an immediate, priority or routine police response. You will analyse, manage, allocate and investigate reported crimes and other incidents in accordance with Force and BCU policies, procedures and priorities. You will also be required to deal with enquiries and manage associated paperwork and IT systems.
You must be educated to a minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) and have recent experience in a customer service environment or NVQ level 2 in customer service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required and you must have good planning, organisational and problem solving skills.
