Location: Force Headquarters, Nettleham, Lincoln.
Grade: SOG 28 - 32

Hours of Work: Full Time (37 hours)
As an integral part of Estates, you will be responsible for the provision of a cost effective, efficient and professional support function with particular reference to estate maintenance, minor work programmes and general building advice.
You will be able to operate within quinquennial survey environment methods, be conversant with all relevant building related legislation and have a working knowledge of computer based energy management systems.
In order to fulfil this specialised role you must be qualified to HND in an appropriate discipline or equivalent and be a member of an appropriate technical association. In addition, the applicant must have practical experience in a similar role, preferably within the public sector.
