Your duties will include preparing paperwork in relation to and obtaining search warrants from the courts, completing files and associated paperwork in respect of prosecutions. You will provide administrative and clerical support for the core functions of the unit, which include answering telephone enquiries, property administration and general office administration.
With knowledge of associated Criminal Law and Police procedures, you will have prepared complex criminal prosecution files and taken statements together with having carried out duties relevant to the post including the planning and preparation of operations. Keyboard experience and knowledge of computer applications is essential to the role as is providing a DNA sample.
