Switchboard Operator
Call Management Support, Constabulary Headquarters
Salary range £13,809 - £14,970/£15,327 p.a. plus shift allowance. Reference No. H04/11
Hours of work – either Monday to Friday rotating one week earlies and one week lates or full rotating shifts of 2 earlies, 2 lates, 2 nights.
We are looking for an individual with a proven record of working within a customer services environment.
The successful candidate must have:
• the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• a strong customer focus
• a commitment to providing a quality service
• a clear speaking voice
Experience of using ISDX switchboard would be advantageous.
Interviews will be held week commencing 21st April 2008
