We currently have a number of posts for the role of Investigator based at Hemel Hempstead and Watford.
As part of the Local Crime Group you will investigate local crimes as a member of an investigative team. You will be working closely with experienced officers.
You will interview witnesses and take statements, personal details, descriptions, fingerprints and DNA samples and will assist in preparing briefing material and contribute to team meetings.
This is a role that demands commitment, flexibility, attention to detail and an enquiring mind. You will be able to report the results of your work and make and retain full notes for disclosure as well as attend court if required. Experience in a similar, investigative role would be an advantage.
