Transport Services are seeking to recruit a motor vehicle service and repair technician for our busy facility at the Harlow workshop complex. The post holder will be expected to undertake service and repair operations upon vehicles operated by Essex Police and other blue light organisations.
We are looking for a fully qualified motor vehicle technician, ideally with some post qualification experience. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent technical skills with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team.
The candidate must also be able to plan and communicate effectively, demonstrating excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills, along with delivering effective customer service. Knowledge of the ISO quality management system along with current Health & Safety legislation and a background with a main dealership would be an advantage.
