As part of the People Development team the successful candidate will assist with the planning and management of assessment processes, assess candidates against National Occupational Standards (NOS) and National Vocational Qualification (NVQ), maintain accurate assessment records and provide support and guidance to candidates to enable them to achieve the required results.
Candidates must hold an A1 or D32/33 Assessor Award, have experience in providing advice to NVQ candidates and/or assessors and have a broad knowledge and practical application of NVQ’s.
