Responsible for the leadership and management of our busy team, you’ll develop and maintain strong working relationships with the CPS, courts, local authorities and other agencies to ensure agreements and monitoring standards are achieved, as well as managing change in line with government initiatives. You will also oversee decisions in restorative and youth justice, in addition to responsibilities such as the administration of conditional cautions.
For this challenging role, you’ll need management and influencing experience at a senior level – including prioritising conflicting demands, as well as a practical knowledge and/or background in the Criminal Justice System. Educated to ‘A’ Level standard (or equivalent) you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience of providing a quality service across a multi-site organisation, and strong MS Office IT skills (including Word and Excel), are essential.
