A vacancy has arisen for a Learning and Development Administrator to join the busy Learning and Development Administration team at Police Headquarters, Devizes.
Reporting to the Learning & Development Administration Manager duties will include planning, co-ordination and organisation of courses, implementation of administrative systems and management of Learning & Development files.
To be successful candidates will have experience in an administration role and will possess word-processing and spreadsheet skills, preferably in MSWord and Excel. Training in the use of internal systems will be given.
You must also be able to display communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, as the role is a primary point of contact for the Department. Knowledge of office management procedures, the ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision on occasions, together with the ability to work to tight deadlines is also essential.
