To collect data from key agencies that will identify and lead to agreement of the priorities for the the three year plan etc
The successful applicant will be required to write the three year plan, summary and delivery plan using the analysis provided.
The work would suit a retired officer who has written or been involved with the compilation of the Strategic Assessment process as is conducted by the Police under the remit of the National Intelligence Model (NIM)
