Divisional Performance Officer – Skegness
This is a new and challenging post within East Division based at Skegness.
The post holder will be required to monitor, analyse and collate a range of performance information for the Division on behalf of the Divisional Commander and Operations Superintendent.
The post holder will assist the senior management team by undertaking research and projects as appropriate. They will develop strategies to improve the delivery of service to all the communities within East Division while promoting the equality of opportunity to the people of Lincolnshire and treat all individuals fairly with dignity and respect.
The post holder must hold a full car driving licence and have access to their own vehicle as the post involves some travel within the division/county.
