West Mercia Constabulary is one of the highest performing police forces in the country. One of the ways this is achieved is by having a strong focus on performance monitoring, measurement and management.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well motivated person to join our small performance analysis team. The successful candidate will support Chief Officers by undertaking the collection, collation and analysis of performance information of the Constabulary’s support departments.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar environment and have a high level of computer literacy in Microsoft products. They will be highly numerate, analytical and logical and have the ability to progress multiple work assignments with minimal supervision.
Interviews/assessment centre will be held week commencing 10th March 2008.
