Internal Communications Officer - 12 month contract
Based at HQ Devizes
Following a major review of our Press and PR department, we are seeking to find a highly motivated, creative and resourceful Internal Communications Officer for 12 months to help develop and enhance internal communications within the Force.
Working alongside the Head of Internal Communications, you will help develop and implement a corporate strategy for our staff at a time of unprecedented change and restructuring within the Force.
You will work on a range of internal communications products, including writing for the Force’s staff magazine, and be involved in the construction, delivery and evaluation of specific communications initiatives.
You will be educated to at least A level standard or equivalent and have a track record of communications expertise, possibly in journalism or PR. Expert written, oral, presentation and influencing skills are vital.
